Centre for Strategic Studies director David Capie explains that Christopher Luxon's US visit has been a success because Luxon has built relationships with key US officials and had meetings with NATO leaders and Indo-Pacific Four partners. He also comments on the development of the Indo-Pacific Four and China's stance on the communique from the NATO summit.
