Mental Health Awareness Week

It is important to stop, take time out to rest and look after yourself.

Te Pātaka Kōrero—The Library is not all about books. We want to support you in your journey here at Te Herenga Waka. So, we've put together a collection of quality books, databases and videos about how to be aware of your mental health, and some fun stuff to do too!

We will display these in both a book display on Level 2 of Kelburn library and as a digital collection. We also have some card and board games in the Glass Room at Kelburn Library on Level 2 for you to use anytime to relax with friends and diffuse from study.
