Before you apply

Statement of intent
In the application process, we’ll ask you for a statement of intent. This should explain the following:
- your background
- what motivates you to apply for the MUXD
- how your current skillset lends itself to UX Design (this may include non-design related skills and experience)
- anything else you’d like us to know about you (you can also include links to examples of your work, if applicable).
You’ll also need to provide an academic transcript if you don’t have an undergraduate degree from Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington.
Please note—you’re not required to submit a portfolio as part of your application, but if you have visual communication experience we encourage you to include examples in your application.
