Apply online.

You'll need to provide some supporting documents:

• a certified copy of your passport and proof of New Zealand residency if appropriate, or a New Zealand birth certificate (unless you have studied at Victoria University of Wellington in the last five years)
• a certified copy of your official academic transcript (unless you don’t have a Bachelor’s degree or your Bachelor’s degree was awarded from Victoria University of Wellington)
• a copy of your current CV
• a School of Government reference form completed by your referee, preferably your current employer. This form is available through the Online Enrolment System

You can submit these through the Online Enrolment System or send them directly to the Enrolment Office.

Certification must be made by a solicitor, Justice of the Peace or notary public. Or you may bring your original documents to the School of Government and we can make certified copies while you wait.
