Academic requirements

To be accepted into this programme you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Building Science or Bachelor of Architectural Studies, or equivalent, with at least a B average

  • To be accepted by the head of school as capable of proceeding with the proposed course of study

  • The qualification requirement may be waived by the Associate Dean (Students) of the Wellington Faculty of Architecture and Design Innovation if you have practical, professional, or scholarly experience that provides equivalent preparation.
  • If you have previous relevant work experience, you may provide some work samples, a portfolio, or a CV.

Programme requirements

For this programme you'll need to:

  • Complete 180 points

  • Include 120 points in Part 1:

    • Further courses worth 105 points from:

  • The courses you include in Part 1 must meet the requirements for one of the following subjects:

    • Project Management

      • Four further courses from:
    • Sustainable Engineering Systems

  • Include one course worth 60 points in Part 2:
