Academic requirements

To be accepted into this programme you will need:

A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) with at least a B average in Language Sciences, Linguistics, Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL), English Language, Education, or a language other than English. Consideration may be given if you have relevant professional experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree
To be accepted by the programme director as capable of proceeding with the proposed course of study.

With the approval of the Head of School, you may be able to replace courses from those listed above with other 500-level courses.
