Dr LIU Shengjun (Gary Liu)

Biography

Dr Liu is the Executive Deputy Director, Lujiazui Institute of International Finance, China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), a think tank based in Shanghai. His publications include “Who Cuts Into Your Happiness: Predicament, Loss and Injustice in a Time of Change”, “Management of Power: Institutional Solutions to China’s Economic Challenges”. He is a columnist for FT Chinese, Caixin.com, China Business News and Shanghai Securities News.

Dr Liu was one of the six Economists invited to attend an economic symposium presided by Premier LI Keqiang in July 2014.
