National Correspondent
Join us for a conversation with Lucy Craymer, drawing on her decade long experience working for the Wall Street Journal in New Zealand and Hong Kong. Lucy worked for the WSJ, covering issues relating to farming, agricultural commodities and trade in the region. She travelled through the region and wrote on things as varied as global tea prices, the U.S. Coastguards global ambitions and the Hong Kong protests. Lucy is now back home writing about New Zealand's relationship with China and the U.S. for Stuff.co.nz. This talk will cover these varied topics and provide an opportunity for discussion on the Hong Kong Protests, and other issues correspondents are facing reporting on China. Lucy graduated from the University of Auckland in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and then with a post-graduate diploma in Journalism from Massey University in Wellington.
