Every student at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington gets assigned a Student Success Adviser. Your adviser will support you throughout your studies at the University. They're a great place to start if you have questions about your courses or programme of study, or need help with your student admin. They can connect you to other support services.

What your adviser can do for you
Your Student Success Adviser is your first point of contact for support, and can help with:
- planning the courses you need to complete to get your qualification
- changing the courses you're currently enrolled in
- changing the programme of study you're currently enrolled in
- overcoming setbacks with your academic progress
- any admin requirements
- connecting you with other student services
- opportunities for study abroad, internships, or extra curricular activities
- questions about student life in general.

Contact your Student Success Adviser by email in the first instance. Include your full name and ID number in the subject line.
