New Students’ Orientation

We welcome new students to the University with events to help you find your way around campus, prepare for study, meet new people, and have fun.

Nau mai, haere mai, welcome! New Students' Orientation is your opportunity to get settled in and have a smooth transition to university life and study. Check out tours of the campus, library, and recreation centre, and figure out where to find key rooms and buildings.

There are sessions for international students from Tuesday to Thursday, and for domestic students on Thursday.

Need help? Come along to Level 2 of the Hub (just outside the Library entrance) and we’ll get you sorted.
