Help and advice
Get help with your course and qualification questions from our Tītoko—Student Success teams and advisers, and find out where to go for other support services.
Tītoko is our centre for student success, and its team members are there to help you succeed at the University. Tītoko acts as a first port-of-call for questions about your courses and qualifications, student administration, and support services.
Tītoko—Student Success advisers
As a student at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington you'll have been assigned a Student Success Adviser. Your adviser will help you throughout your studies, and will be a great place to start for questions about your courses and your student admin. They can also connect you to other support services, and answer questions about most aspects of student life.
