Transcripts and certificates
Find out how to access your academic documents online, and how to request and receive hard copies of your documents.
When you graduate, you'll receive two main types of academic documentation:
- An academic transcript is a record of all the courses you've completed, including grades.
- A qualification certificate shows that you have been awarded your degree or other qualification.

Academic transcripts are official records of your study and achievements that you may need to provide when applying for a job, scholarship or further study.
