About 

I have been working as a General Practitioner for twenty years. There is never a dull day and I love my job.

I was born in the UK but did my training in New Zealand.

I have a busy family life with four daughters—two are training also to be doctors and one has just left to start her midwifery training. My partner is also a busy GP in Island Bay so we do not seem to embrace diversity in the work force!

I love working at Student Health as I like to feel I provide a warm, informed and sensitive service to an age group that I have a lot of experience in.

Outside of work I enjoy DIY (I can fix and transform anything!) and time with the family.
