About

Kia ora, ko Guy ahau. I'm a UK-born, now Aotearoa citizen. I spent an OE year here in 2002 and learned to skydive in Taupo. Back in the UK, after many winter seasons snowboarding in the French Alps, I finally settled to complete my training as a Mental Health Nurse. I moved to NZ in 2012, worked at the Rangatahi Adolescent Inpatient ward and spent six years as a therapist with the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service in Kapiti. I love helping young people get past their barriers to the rich experiences of living their best lives. I recently learned to sail and spent a summer sailing across the Cook Straits to Golden Bay, including a magical week, hunkered down from a cyclone, deep in Rangitoto ki te Tonga (D’Urville Island). I also like to take it slow, spending time in nature, and hanging out with the Pīwakawaka. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your adventures here in Wellington.
