What to do if you test positive for COVID-19 and what you need to know if you're coming in to see us.
If you test positive or are in isolation
Please visit COVID-19: Key information | Healthify for the latest information.
If you are immunocompromised or think you have a condition that makes you eligible for Paxlovid (antiviral medication), please call Mauri Ora and ask to speak with the nurse or ask a pharmacist. Many pharmacies can give you antiviral medicines without a prescription, after a health check by phone. Click on the link to the Healthpoint website: Search Results * Healthpoint and put in your address to find a pharmacy offering COVID-19 antiviral medication.
If you test positive via a RAT, it is important you record this result on your My Health Record. My Health Record | Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora
