Visa application

Please follow New Zealand Immigration's guide to apply for your visa as soon as possible.

  • New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA): anyone who travels in as a visitor and attends the conference on passports from a visa waiver country can apply for  New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) | Immigration New Zealand.
  • Visitor Visa General: anyone coming in as a general attendee on passports from visa-required countries will need to apply for a Visitor Visa General online at least 4 weeks prior to travelling to avoid any delays.
  • Specific Purpose Work Visa: anyone travelling in for work purposes or in a work capacity may require a Specific Purpose Work Visa | Immigration New Zealand.
  • Group visitor visa:  anyone travelling in together as a group from the same country might apply for a Group Visitor Visa | Immigration New Zealand to ensure your visas are all processed together. If not, then you will each need to submit your individual visa applications well in advance, at least 4 weeks prior.
