Study groups
Study groups are fora for consensus-building and problem solving and often address specific issues and problems that are too sensitive for official dialogue.
Study groups are the primary mechanism for Council for Security Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific—New Zealand (CSCAP) activity.
These groups serve as region-wide fora for consensus-building and problem solving and often address specific issues and problems that are too sensitive for official dialogue.
Study groups on specific regional and sub-regional issues are established by agreement of the steering committee. They are usually for a fixed period of two years and conclude their work with a report to the Steering Committee.
