Symposium 7-8 July 2023
Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington, Wellington, New Zealand
One hundred years on from Katherine Mansfield’s death in 1923, a symposium was held in the city of her birth that reflects on her final years and her legacy. Papers, presentations, and panel talks from scholars, historians and creative artists were held on many topics relating to Mansfield. The International Institute of Modern Letters (IIML) facilitated workshops on the Friday prior to the main symposium, focusing on creative and non fiction writing.
