International symposium
Developing human capability in, and for, the workplace

This two-day international symposium disseminated research from the Developing Human Capability project, and featured presentations on related New Zealand and international research by: Ken Mayhew and Ewart Keep from the Centre on Skills, Knowledge and Organisational Performance (Oxford and Cardiff Universities); John Buchanan from the Workplace Research Centre (University of Sydney); and Paul Spoonley (Massey University), Peter Boxall (University of Auckland), and Paul Dalziel (Lincoln University).
It was attended by researchers, policy makers, and industry stakeholders.
