Profile
A trained secondary school teacher with a background in educational technologies, project management in tertiary education and economic development, senior leadership roles in the charity sector, Tania has a diverse employment background. Combining this experience she established a private coaching and consulting firm with a focus on the development of early entrepreneurship, leadership and community governance in 2010 which continues to operate. She has over 20 years' experience in not-for-profit governance, including as Chair, across a variety of organisations covering national, regional, and local interests.
Tania has long been a committed volunteer for education, youth enterprise and community development issues. She is a passionate champion for volunteering in all its forms and committed to supporting volunteering within New Zealand and internationally.
