Ardya completed her undergraduate degree in Marketing and Money & Finance from Victoria University of Wellington in 2008. After graduating with a Masters in Accounting and Finance from Macquarie University (Sydney), Ardya returned to Wellington in 2010 to continue her honours and PhD studies in Marketing. Throughout her undergraduate and postgraduate studies, Ardya tutored at the School of Marketing and International Business and worked with several arts organisations and festivals, including New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, New Zealand Festival, Wellington Jazz Festival, and New Zealand International Film Festival. Ardya focused her PhD research on topics that she is very passionate about: Music, Social Networking Sites and Marketing. Her supervisors were Associate Professor Urs Daellenbach, Dr. Kate Daellenbach, Dr. Aaron Gazley.
In 2014, Ardya graduated from Victoria University of Wellington with a PhD in Marketing, receiving the Wellington School of Business and Government Dean’s Award for Doctoral Achievement.
