Omar has a Bachelor degree in Marketing from Mutah University, and an MBA from Yarmouk University, where his thesis was in the organizational behaviour field when he studied the ethical behaviours of employees. He then became a lecturer at Yarmouk University and Hashemite University for three years in the Department of Marketing and Business Administration.
