Areas of responsibility
- manage the technical team
- prepare, manage and monitor laboratory budget and issuance of purchase orders
- asset management including capex requests, maintenance, depreciation and replacement program
- manage the school vehicle fleet including bookings, maintenance etc
- manage computer allocation within the school
- oversee the field stations
- maintain strong liaison with fm and contractors in respect to repair, modification or upgrade of physical facility
- SGEES room security systems (keys and access cards)
- ensure the laboratories comply with HSNO conformance
- safety officer and building fire warden.
