European Union Prizes

Information

The prizes were established in 1998 by the Delegation of the European Commission to Australia and New Zealand.

The prizes are awarded annually to undergraduate or postgraduate students who have completed an essay or a thesis on an aspect of the European Union and are judged to be most worthy of the award.

The prizes are awarded on the recommendation of the Head of the School of History, Philosophy, Political Science and International Relations in consultation with the academic staff and Head of Programme in Political Science and International Relations.

Recipients will be inscribed on the Honours Board at the premises of the Political Science and International Relations programme.

1st Prize: $250 book voucher
2nd Prize: $150 book voucher
3rd Prize: $100 book voucher
