The School of Biological Sciences conducts many exciting research programmes in cell and molecular biology, ranging from biodiscovery to immunology. Our research is supported by superb new facilities and the latest technology and is featured in our research group pages.

The Centre for Biodiscovery is an interdisciplinary research centre that brings together strengths in natural products and synthetic chemistry research in the School of Biological Sciences and the School of Chemical and Physical Sciences, the Ferrier Institute and Malaghan Institute of Medical Research.
