The clubs team have invested in two new portable JBL speakers and microphones that our VUW registered clubs can book and use free of charge for their smaller functions and events.

How to book the speakers and microphones

Our free and easy system allows you to quickly book one of the speakers and microphones for your upcoming club event.

Allow a few minutes to fill out the below online form and note the key information listed in the equipment booking terms and conditions. The person filling out this form must also be the person collecting the equipment. Instructions on how to use the equipment will be in the automated confirmation email.

Please note that these speakers and microphones are not suitable for performances, shows, concerts, or large events. For these types of events please continue to book suitable AV/PA through our clubs support team.
