Wiliame has an LLM from Victoria University specialising in Public Law, Indigenous Rights and Pacific Constitutional Law.

He works as the Registrar of the Waitangi Tribunal and prior to that he practiced at a private firm working in Public Law litigation acting mainly for the Crown and also as a Crown Prosecutor in criminal matters.
