Breaking out on your own: Starting a company as a creative

Phyo is the founder of Fox&Co Design.

He started his career as a motion designer in 2008 for an advertising agency before working as a Motion Capture Artist at Wētā FX in 2010. Over the next few years, he quickly specialised in 2D and 3D motion design, working as a freelancer at various creative agencies throughout New Zealand and Australia. After gaining a great deal of knowledge and experience, he ultimately decided to start his own creative studio.

Fox&Co specialises in motion design and animation and has offices in Wellington and New York.
