To achieve the Living Pā’s ‘net positive energy’ and ‘carbon reduction’ targets, the foundation system for the building comprises driven and drilled timber piles. Thank you for your patience as we completed these works for the main site.

Monday 10 – Friday 21 July

  • Low level noise as we do ground works to put in pile caps.
  • Concrete will be applied to the retaining wall to further seal it.

The Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) is an important part of the ‘net zero water’ target for the Living Pā.

The new permanent bus stop is a joint initiative with Greater Wellington Regional Council to showcase a commitment to sustainability in the built environment.

Monday 10 – Friday 21 July

  • Low level excavation noise for works on the WWTP is anticipated during the week 10–14 July, with some piling noise 19–21 July.
  • Construction of the bus shelter foundations will continue through this period with concrete works to establish the base of the shelter.

Arohamai, we apologies for the disturbance caused by construction works.

Ngā whakamahuki—Progress
