The Living Pā contruction site remains very busy with a range of works occuring in different areas.

Here are the works happening during the end of May through to the first week of June:

  • Timber driven piling works will resume at the south end of main site (Glasgow Tce)
  • Timber superstructure works will be continuing at the main site
  • Waste Water Treatment Plant piling works will continue at the site’s north end (front of Murphy Annex)
  • Excavation works for the new bus shelter will also be underway north of the site (outside Murphy building)

These works will result in the following impact:

  • High impact, noisy drilling works, Monday 29 – Wednesday 31 May.
  • Medium impact vibration and excavation works, Monday 29 May – Friday 9 June.

Ngā whakamahuki—Progress

Glasgow Terrace retaining wall works have been completed.

Ngā mahi e tū mai nei—Future works

An examination period notice will be issued Thursday 1 June. Waste Water Treatment Plant works (front of Murphy Annex) are being postponed until after 26 June, and piling works will continue on the main site outside of exam timetable slots.
