Ngā mahi ki te Pā – Site works

L.T. McGuinness Site office

The pā’s site entrance office is being moved from its current place within the hoarding line, out to the front of Murphy Annex. These works will occur on Saturday 3 February.

We need to do this to clear the area for landscaping works.

The new Murphy Annex location will be the permanent space for the site office until the end of the project.

We will provide a safe route from the entrance of Murphy Annex to Kelburn Parade.

Other ongoing work

We are carrying on work on the façade, windows, and cladding throughout this period. Due to the nature of the works, they won’t have a large impact on neighbouring buildings.
