Main site construction work

Super structure, roofing and south wall excavation works will continue. With electric crane lifting, and no piling or drilling works, noise disruption will be low during this period.

The Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) works are continuing with the running of pipes and installing the plant equipment.

Bus shelter works are progressing well. This period will see the installation of the green roof membrane, the continued installation of glazing and cladding, and the arrival of the soil and plants for the living roof.

The Murphy overbridge offers a great viewing platform should like to follow these works.

Ngā whakamahuki—Progress

With façade works underway the ātea-side (west), levels 2 and 3 windows have been installed.  The team will be moving to the Kelburn Parade (east) window installation during this period.
