Ngā mahi ki te Pā — Site works
During this work period, Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) plumbing works continue, as we work towards completing and enclosing the plant.
Main site construction work
Monday 18–Friday 29 September
- Roof continues to be installed, causing general construction noise.
- Façade is beginning to be put in place.
- Columns continue to be erected at south end.

The Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) tanks are now in place, and can be viewed from the Murphy overbridge.
Monday 18 – Friday 29 September
- Plumbing and backfilling works continues within and around the WWTP, but the drilling is complete.
- The bus stop has scaffolding around it and is in the process of being built by contractors from Greater Wellington Regional Council.
Ngā whakamahuki—Progress
Last week the Living Pā team hosted a induction for over 100 subcontractors. This group included facade installers, plumbers, scaffolders, lift installers, roofers, landscapers, and more. Read more: Ngā ringa raupa o te pā.
