E mārō ana te anga whakamua o te pā ki te tapeketanga o ngā mahi—our beautiful living building is on schedule for completion this year. Anei ngā pitopito kōrero—here is what is coming up.


After a brief break over the holiday period, our contractors are back on site and ready to complete the project this year.


You will see that right now, the Living Pā building is swathed in reusable blue fabric wrapped around scaffolding. Behind the screen the windows and cladding system are being installed.

Here are some of our expected work stages this year:

Living bus stop

The Greater Wellington Regional Council (GWRC) installed their Living bus stop last year and Northern Power will undertake connection works at the end of February. We expect the bus stop to be able to be used from 10 March 2024.
