Complex ground conditions have resulted in shifts to the contractor’s programme of work and piling at the Living Pā was put on hold.  The timber piles form the low embodied carbon emissions foundations of the Living Pā.

Piling has resumed on the site with timber driving and bore hole drilling work resuming on Friday 11 November, going through until Friday 02 December 2022. Piling works will recommence in the New Year and the relevant dates will be posted soon.

We anticipate the noise and vibrations from these works to be similar to previous August and October activity and disruption.
