The Robin Cooke Lecture 2014
The Chief Justice of Australia, the Honourable Robert French, delivered the Robin Cooke Lecture to a packed audience at Law School last week. His subject, “Common Law Constitutionalism” was an examination of the principles that Lord Cooke defined in his time as a judge.
The lecture was followed by the Law School’s Christmas drinks, an event which town and gown enjoy.
