Scope of Environmental Criminal Law in Aotearoa New Zealand
The project aims to examine the scope of environmental criminal law and current domestic legislation and to provide the basis for a larger review of the criminalisation of environmental degradation in New Zealand. In particular, the research will create a map of New Zealand's current environmental criminal law and provide the basis for an analysis of the current implementation of environmental criminal law.
