How quickly does second language memory knowledge develop?

Humans do not have very strong working memory, and it seems to function less well in our second languages. This research investigates at what rate our second-language memory develops while studying overseas. Phrasal expressions help our memory, and speech, function better. But how much? I will talk about the background of this issue and show the results of my pilot project.
