Enrolling into courses
Once you have received an Offer of Place, you need to choose your courses and enrol online.
What do we mean?
Enrolling | Courses | Requirements |
Enrolling means registering into the courses you will take each trimester. This process needs to be completed by you before you arrive. | Your degree is made up of courses. Courses are taught over one trimester or sometimes two trimesters. | There are certain courses you must complete to meet your degree or major requirements. See the “requirements” tab of your programme page. |
How to enrol in your courses
You can enrol online following these steps. Have your student ID number (found on your Offer of Place) ready before you begin.
- Choose your courses: Use our Course Finder or get advice on selecting your courses.
- Log in: Use your student ID and date of birth to access the online enrolment form.
- Complete the form: Fill out and submit the enrolment form so our team can review your course selection.
- Confirm your courses: Once you have been accepted into your courses, you will receive an Enrolment Agreement. Please read and accept this document on Pūaha.
- Meet conditions: Ensure you meet any remaining conditions on your Offer of Place.
- Submit visa: Send a copy of your student visa to the enrolment office as soon as you receive it.
What happens next?
Confirmation of Study
Once you return your Enrolment Agreement, and any conditions and requirements have been met, you will receive a Confirmation of Study.
View your timetable
Your confirmation will also show your username and steps on how to log in to your student account for the first time.
Your tuition fees will be re-calculated
Based on the costs of the courses you register into, you will be asked to pay any outstanding fees or be credited the balance into your student account.
