Enrolling into courses

Once you have received an Offer of Place, you need to choose your courses and enrol online.

Enrolling means registering into the courses you will take each trimester. This process needs to be completed by you before you arrive.Your degree is made up of courses. Courses are taught over one trimester or sometimes two trimesters. There are certain courses you must complete to meet your degree or major requirements. See the “requirements” tab of your programme page.

How to enrol in your courses

You can enrol online following these steps. Have your student ID number (found on your Offer of Place) ready before you begin.

  1. Choose your courses: Use our Course Finder or get advice on selecting your courses.
  2. Log in: Use your student ID and date of birth to access the online enrolment form.
  3. Complete the form: Fill out and submit the enrolment form so our team can review your course selection.
  4. Confirm your courses: Once you have been accepted into your courses, you will receive an Enrolment Agreement. Please read and accept this document on Pūaha.
  5. Meet conditions: Ensure you meet any remaining conditions on your Offer of Place.
  6. Submit visa: Send a copy of your student visa to the enrolment office as soon as you receive it.
