Founded by Abbie Wood during her intermediate years, Grow Easy is a boutique indoor plant and gifts business, focused on easy care plants.

Grow Easy's Founder, Abbie Wood, is studying a Bachelor of Design Innovation, majoring in Communication Design, minoring in Marketing.

Grow Easy's mission is to provide low maintenance indoor plants for busy people matched together with gorgeous ceramic pots. Our range of botanical jewellery and plant themed gifts are perfect for the plant and flora lovers in your life. Our products are ideal for people of all ages and those who are hard to buy for or seem to have everything!

Grow Easy was founded in 2016 by Abbie Wood as a small hobby business, which she has continued to grow throughout her intermediate and high school years. Five years ago she launched into the retail setting and now has her indoor plants and botanical products, including an earring range that she launched with her sister Tara (14 years), in 10 retail outlets around Taranaki and the Coromandel Peninsula. Expanding to Wellington retail stores is the next exciting challenge on the horizon for Abbie!

Her key message to other young people who are interested in starting a small business is:

"Never let your age, personal circumstances or lack of start-up capital get in the way of achieving your enterprise dreams!"
