June 2024 update
The University acknowledges that 320 The Terrace remains on the heritage list in Wellington’s Long-term District Plan. While this restricts the opportunities for use of this property, we will continue to investigate options. The University looks forward to providing further evidence to support our efforts to delist the property if requested, as well as participating in future conversations with the Wellington City Council and the Government about this site.
