The steering group’s role is to help the platform to achieve its objective through regular oversight of the strategic direction and delivery of science.
The Steering Group’s primary role is to help the Platform to achieve its objective through regular oversight of the strategic direction, performance and delivery of Platform science as described in the Platform Plan and in accordance with the Strategic Science Investment Fund (SSIF) Investment Contract.
The Steering Group is expected to endorse and provide independent advice on strategic decisions taken by the Platform, in line with the Platform Plan and policy intent.
