Leadership
As we conclude the establishment phase, the interim co-directors designated by partner organizations to guide the platform plan's development have been substituted with our permanent directors.
These directors will oversee the creation of a research program aligned with the MBIE-approved platform plan, focusing on establishing a national RNA technology platform. Their extensive and complementary expertise in research, commercialization, and stakeholder engagement positions them as credible leaders for the platform. Pillar leads for each platform pillar joined recently to support them.
Operations
Our operations team focuses on platform and project management. They ensure efficiency and collaboration without heavy administrative burdens.
Pillar leads and advisory
The pillar leads provide science leadership, strategically coordinate work plans nationwide, manage budgets, and foster international collaboration.
Oversight group
The oversight group oversees the co-hosts' accountability to MBIE .They ensure the platform's milestones are achieved and contractual obligations are met.
Steering group
The steering group’s role is to help the platform to achieve its objective through regular oversight of the strategic direction and delivery of science.
