The laboratory facilities you’ll use at Te Kura Mātauranga Koiora—School of Biological Sciences are world class—with 12,000 square metres of modern teaching, research, and laboratory facilities.

After you graduate

Graduates have scientific, ethical, and business skills—and are ready to step into a range of fascinating and important scientific professions. You might go into scientific research and work in a clinical research laboratory, or for a biotech or medtech firm. Or you could continue your studies and go on to train new biologists while carrying out your own research programme in biology.
