Important information
- The Psychology specialisation in the Master of Science (by coursework) is offered via the Bachelor of Science (Honours) followed by the Master of Science (by thesis). You must demonstrate research experience and skill of B+ average as shown in PSYC489 or equivalent. Admission to the Master of Science (by thesis) in Psychology is dependent on the availability of a research supervisor for their proposed thesis.

- The Master of Science by coursework and thesis is in two parts—Part 1 is made up of courses totalling 120 points and Part 2 is a 591 thesis course worth 120 points, or a research course worth fewer points plus other courses with a combined total of 120 points.
- You will need permission from the relevant head of school to start Part 2.
