Joint degrees and articulation

We have partnerships with a number of tertiary institutions around the world providing pathways for students to study at our capital city university.

Joint degree and articulation programmes enable students who have started a degree in their home country to complete it in Wellington and receive a Victoria University of Wellington degree.

The programmes provide a cost-effective way for students to gain an internationally recognised degree in an English-speaking country, while enjoying an international experience in New Zealand.

Our partnerships

We have partner programmes in place with partner institutions in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Viet Nam, with students completing undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in commerce, engineering, science, and international relations.

Our partnerships are generally either joint training programmes or 2+2 articulation pathways, as well as dual/joint Master’s degrees.
