Maori cultural practices for professionals

The Faculty of Education is encouraging all Education students to enrol in Victoria University's new 20 point Māori Studies course MAOR 125.

This new 20 point Māori Studies course starts in Trimester 3, 2013 and is aimed at preparing students and existing employees to engage confidently with Māori clients and stakeholders in the workplace. It focuses on basic Māori language skills, workplace Treaty issues, and operating appropriately and effectively in the context of a marae or Māori meeting.

This course is open for enrolment now, but places are limited.
