Tom White

Tom is a Senior Lecturer of Media Design investigating Creative Artificial Intelligence. His past research focused on developing new creativity tools incorporating AI generative models. His latest research focuses on AI assisted discovery and visual storytelling. He teaches courses on Creative Coding, Creative Artificial Intelligence, and Data Driven Design to both undergraduate and graduate level students. Tom is also a visual artist whose international exhibits examine the different ways machines see and what types of visual abstractions they are able to draw and understand.
