Profile

Quanfu is a PhD student in Economics at the Wellington School of Business and Government. His research centers on the effects of climate change and natural hazards on household economic behavior. Quanfu earned his MSc degree with Distinction from University College London in 2020 and a dual BBA & BA degree from Nanjing Institute of Technology in 2019.

Prior to joining Victoria University of Wellington, Quanfu worked as a low-carbon consultant in China. He is a recipient of the PhD scholarship from the Chair in the Economics of Disasters and Climate Change. During his undergraduate studies, he was awarded the Chinese National Scholarship.
