Open innovation—Realising its potential
In his inaugural lecture, Professor Urs Daellenbach discusses what truly open innovation might look like and how it might be realised.

He identifies a range of barriers to openness and provides suggestions for overcoming these by reflecting on his role as a researcher and studying researchers in a university setting.
